We believe all Scripture is given by inspiration of God. We understand the whole Bible to be inspired in the sense that men of God were moved by the Holy Spirit to write the words of Scripture.
We believe the Godhead exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are one God, having the same nature and attributes and are worthy of the same homage, confidence and obedience.
We believe in God the Father existing eternally as the Creator of heaven and earth, the Giver of the Law, to whom all things will be subjected, so that He may be all in all.
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God. We believe in His substitutionary death for all men, in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into heaven, His priestly intercession, His resurrection, and His eventual return to judge the world.
We believe in the existence of the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity and in His interaction with man. We believe the Holy Spirit as the Promise of the Father. He is our Comforter, sent to convict the world of sin, place the believer in the Body of Christ, indwell the believer, and bestow spiritual gifts to the Church.
We believe salvation is the gift of God by grace alone and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that this faith is manifested in works pleasing to God.
We believe the fullness of the Holy Spirit is for all believers as a definite endowment of power for service and is separate from conversion.
We believe the gifts of the Spirit to be supernatural abilities given by God through the exercising of which believers are enabled to minister effectively.
We believe that healing is provided in the nature of God and is the privilege of all believers. Prayer for the sick and gifts of healing are encouraged and practised.
We believe the Lord’s Supper to be a symbol, memorial and proclamation of the suffering and death of our Lord Jesus Christ. This ordinance of communion is to be participated in by believers until Christ’s return.
We believe in the ordinance of water baptism by immersion in obedience to the Word of God. All those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour should be baptized in water as a public profession of their faith in Christ.
We believe that evangelism is the obligation of every follower of Jesus Christ. The Lord commands us to go out and make disciples of all the earth as the Holy Spirit leads them and gives them the ability.
We believe that every person is the steward of their life and resources which ultimately belong to God. We believe that tithing is a measure of obedience to the scriptural principles of stewardship.
We believe in the worship of the Lord through singing, clapping, and the lifting of hands. We believe in the authority of the believer to ask freely of the Lord for his needs.
We believe in the Church as the eternal and universal Body of Christ consisting of all those who have accepted the work of the atonement. We believe in the need for a local assembly of believers for the purpose of evangelism and edification.
